Graduate Programmes

Our Graduate programmes are designed to help you gain the professional qualifications, skills and experience you need to develop your careers at E.ON. Through a series of placements you can learn on the job while gaining insights into our business.

You'll work in a range of different areas before being placed in a permanent role. You'll get a taste for the exciting and challenging opportunities that are yours for the taking.

So, to begin with on our Engineering programme, you could be involved in improving turbine design for a longer working life and lower fuel consumption; operating our existing power stations or even helping us to build brand new ones. One thing's for sure, you'll have lots of exposure to our business, helping you use and develop your skills in a variety of areas, while learning about best practice too.

The Engineering Academy will support you in achieving professional registration to Chartered Status by providing you with the support of a mentor and arranging seminars and networking events.
