We offer an accredited apprenticeship programme suitable for your Power Sector needs and we will make sure that your apprentices are trained and developed to the highest standards.
Your apprentices will train in our dedicated workshops, learning all of the elements required to fulfil their apprenticeship, from Functional Skills, Technical Certificates and Employee Rights and Responsibilities. They will also receive expert support and guidance to aid their completion of the NVQ.
Thorough learner assessment and review processes are critical to the timely completion of the programmes. Our Skills Co-ordinators will make sure that your apprentices receive all of the appropriate support they need to turn the training and development they receive at our Engineering Academy into the value and productivity you need for your organisation.
Our dedicated funding team will make sure that any Government funding you're entitled to is available to reduce the overall cost of the programme.
